A treasured Normandy treat contained in a single ramekin

Le Rustique Camembert 250g 1
- Clear Honey 1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil 1 drizzle
- Thyme 1 sprig
- Pepper
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place the camembert in a ramekin.
- Use a knife to cut a cross into the top of the Camembert. Lift the rind slightly and pour in the honey. Drizzle with olive oil and place the sprig of thyme on the top. Season with pepper.
- Bake for around 20 mins until the cheese has melted. Serve with steamed potatoes, salad, farmhouse bread or cold meats.
