An ideal all year round recipe!

Le Rustique Camembert 250g 1
- Cooked lentils 150 g
- Smoked lardons 200 g
- White oignon 1
- Chopped chives 2 tablespoons
- Sherry vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Walnut oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the onion, then slice into thin rings. Separate the rings with your fingers.
- Brown the lardons over a high heat for 2 minutes in a non-stick pan, then dab them with kitchen towel. Leave to cool.
- Mix the lentils, onion rings, chopped chives and lardons in a mixing bowl.
- Season with sherry vinegar, walnut oil, salt and pepper.
- Finally, cut the Le Rustique Camembert into thin slices and add to your salad, just before serving.
