1 Le Rustique Camembert 250g
- 2 spoons of honey
- 5-6 Fresh thyme branches
- Cut out a large rectangle of aluminum foil and baking paper. Place baking paper on top of foil.
- Remove Le Rustique Camembert from its box. Unwrap the cheese and remove the sticker. Place it in the center of the baking paper. Score the top of the cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey. Sprinkle 5/6 sprigs of fresh thyme. Season with black pepper.
- Form a papillote by folding the paper together. Make sure the paper doesn't touch the top of the camembert. Wrap it all in aluminum foil.
- Place the camembert directly on the BBQ. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Slice and toast a country loaf.
- Peel back the papillote and enjoy. Bon appétit!
- TIP: For best results, ensure Le Rustique Camembert is mature before baking (20 days or less before use by date).
